A group of FTX customers filed a lawsuit against the failed exchange, arguing that customers should not have to share the remaining assets with other creditors.
Crypto exchange Gemini was sued by investors for allegedly not registering its interest-earning crypto products in accordance with U.S. securities law.
Ryder Ripps and Jeremy Cahen, the defendants in a lawsuit filed by Yuga Labs, filed a counterclaim denying the accusations.
MicroStrategy sold 704 bitcoin worth $11.8 million on December 22nd for tax benefit purposes. Two days later, the company bought 810 BTC.
